Got her back today
Just got my SL65 back today. $3400 for the ABC pump change. $2K for a SAM changeout. All covered by extended warranty. 
Pump change included full system flush and new fluid and filter.
I did have to pay $450 for a new key though.
Only difference I notice besides the noise being gone is the steering is slightly stiffer.
