10.774 @ 130.29 MIR Track Rental Yesterday

A lot of E s there yesterday,some C55 s and RBJ awesome 10.2 138mph run,,there was a new E63 Bi Turbo but he had bad luck and snapped an axel before a pass

Good job on the PB. What causes an axel to snap. Is it too much traction on get away or is it axel hop or other issues?

To much traction caused me to snap one before, first time out on slicks.

He had drag radials ,I know he did a burnout,I don't know if he dry hopped it as that can blow an axel,he was 2 cars ahead of me so I don't know when he blew it on start of run or just before ,he said he had down pipes,so I guess a tune too
