yes it is I had installed the 3rd brake light last month when I did the conversion. I have the turbine wheels. no bends or cracks

Bumper- Ill throw in with hood/fenders not sure if it can be repaired or not

Headlights (black ones not chrome style) - 1,100ea cheapest on ebay i've seen are 1200.00 w/o ecu and bulbs.
