why do some SL63s have silver fender emblems?


but others don't?

I just purchased an SL63 and I noticed that mine doesn't have the silver, but it's the same color as the body panel. Was this an option?

does it matter if it has the designo package? would the designo package automatically paint them body color?

Mercedes SL63 AMG; Mercedes E63 AMG S 4matic; Mercedes C43 AMG; Mercedes S Class, Mercedes GLK
Hard to see but painted or carbon fiber? If body colour then someone has definitely painted as referenced above. Standard colour was silver.

I would be suspicious that the front of the car may have been painted too
