I have an 08' with the 030 Performace Package. I will not need brakes / rotors for a while but I am curious. Is the lifetime replacement standard or something FCP Euro is offering?

Lifetime Replacement is specific to FCP Euro, I know of no other retailer offering it.

For early SL's, I only have one set left, once I sell those, the price goes back to normal.

For the SL65, the MB and Brembo two piece rotors are identical right? They just didn't stamp on the MB part number?

100% correct in fact the Mercedes rotors from the dealer seldom have the Mercedes part number on them, just the chassis number and size in millimeters. Buy the Brembo's and save couple hundred per size. Once in a blue I'll get a dealer rotor with the Mercedes part number affixed on a Mercedes white and blue sticker.
