Just as the title says. I am looking to buy a used SL55 (2003-2006) front bumper cover. Must be in acceptable condition with no major cracks/tears, looking for something that needs a respray at most. I would prefer a Brilliant Silver (paint code 744) bumper cover if possible but would accept any color.

Also, am I correct in understanding that a 2007-2008 bumper won't fit a 2003 without modification? What about a 2005-2006 SL65 bumper on a 2003 SL55?

any 03 to 08 sl55 or 65 will fit, the 65 will need all different inner and trim parts. look on ebay. if you are trying to find your exact yr and color, just keep looking and hoping

I've been checking out eBay daily for about a month now. However, I haven't found one that isn't cracked or majorly damaged yet unfortunately.

Are you 100% certain that a 2007-2008 SL55 bumper will be a direct bolt-on to a 2003-2006 SL55 with no other parts needed? I actually would prefer a 07-08 bumper to upgrade to the 3 slat grille.

they fit the car but I dont know if any of the internal brackets are different, you never buy bumpers complete, the all are just the skin with no internals
