2007 53k Miles DESIGNO WHITE, Alcantra headliner, Tan int.
- Extended Warranty (full), 100k miles or 4/18, 0$ deductible
- Pano roof, frnt & rear parking sensors
- heated, cooled, vibrating pwr seats
- Custom stereo, Pioneer AVH-8500 , new spkrs, 10" sub, bluetooth, navi
- Custom factory SL63 rear bumper and diffuser (hav orig)
- Custom 1 louver Black Grill ( hav orig )
- Custom 20" Lorenzo wheels, lowered on links or Custom Asanti ABL4 (less than 100 miles on this combo)
- New oem front rotors ($1k ea)

The 2007/2008 SL55 had larger 2 piece front rotors to go along with the new for then 6 piston front calipers. These superseded the 2003-2006 SL55 single piece rotors with 8 piston front calipers.
Buying the rotors at MB is expensive, you can find OEM at a reputable parts supplier for a lot less.

I did go through the dealer, they gave me a 10% discount but with tax brought the price back up to right under 1K ea
I did put them on myself so i saved there....
It does pay to shop around....

$700/rotor? For a standard SL55 brake set up? I have been buying them for 13 years for $110.

$700 is cheap... as stated above msrp is $1000.00 ea.
I guess you could put a cheaper 1 piece rotor on....
