I've been searching but can't find a clear answer on where the SAM module is on my '04 SL55. I have a left turn signal that won't turn off, and a right headlight that just flickers upon engine start (and a blown left xenon headlight).

MB says it all related to the SAM - but which one? Is there only one in the front that would be the cause of all these issues? Does anyone know the MB part number? Should I replace myself or have the dealer/shop do it for me?

All you gotta do is post the VIN for the correct location!!

Your SAM, per the VIN is located under hood passenger side rear--look behind the washer fill cap and you should see a long rectangular covered SAM\with fuse relay. The cover is unlocked by moving the slide forward and back---then bla bla

If you have access to WIS, look at AR5421P1261P
