SL63 Ride Comfort

I test drove a fantastic S63 coupe yesterday. Almost the perfect car for me. Very fast, luxurious and comfortable even on bad roads. However it felt kind of big and heavy....well...because it is big and heavy. That got me thinking of an SL instead as it's smaller and lighter, more of what I'm use to. Haven't test driven one but is the ride comfort close to as good as the S coupe? A smooth comfortable ride is my top requirement. Thanks in advance.

The ABC suspension does a really good job of making a smooth, very well controlled ride, especially if it has not been lowered too much or had 20"+ wheels added.
It is a GT sports car though, and as such don't expect the same ride as a big S Class air suspension. I'd say it is the same as an E Class with Sport package (I have one). Firm, but not harsh.
Best advice is drive one and see if it works for you. Everyone here will say it's fine.

Yup, definitely going to drive one. I like the ride of the E class so that's good news. Thanks. I just realized I posted this in the wrong section too. I should have posted it in the R231 section.
