New (to me) SL55 AMG
This is my 3rd Mercedes.
2007 SL55 AMG - a (Capri Blue) beauty and drives like a dream. No leaking shocks, small engine oil leaks (normal stuff). Pulls like a freight train and I love it!
Off to buy the aluminium park lever and other little bits that need changing before they break.
Edit1 : Nor Cal SL55 did a VIN check and it is actually Green Black Metallic! Thanks Greg!
Edit2 : Paint code on the door jamb is C189 - which is Black Opal Metallic. I am sooooo confused!

Thanks!!
Black interior and the car is in near-mint condition.
(Capri Blue) is a fascinating colour. It changes colour, literally, depending on the lighting and the angle. Looks blue, grey, near-black and green in the same lighting by just walking around the car.
I haven't seen anything like this on a SL before. When it came up for sale, I was all over it. It's the best Mercedes I have owned to date.
I previously had a 1982 380SE and a heavily modified 1983 500SEC (modified by me) and I loved them both.

Hi Greg, that makes more sense since the car looks Green/Grey most of the time but Blue only in some lights. Also, the door paint code says 189U - but the dealer I bought it from swears it is Capri Blue!! LOL. I'll go with the VIN decoder and the door jamb paint code!!
Thanks for clarifying that for me!
