FS-2007 SL65 AMG, 11,000mi
Hello everyone,
I have considered offering my 2007 SL65 for sale. After looking around a bit, I feel reasonably safe in saying that it is the nicest, cleanest, and lowest mileage one in the country. Every nook and cranny- inside, outside, and underneath is as nice as the day it rolled out of the showroom. The car has always been stored in a showroom has only been driven on sunny weekend days and it shows.
The car was ordered with every option except Pano roof. It has the true black napa interior, distronic, parktronic, bluetooth module, etc.
The only changes are the calipers were changed to red.
To disclose, about a year ago, a careless gentleman misjudged how close he was parked, and while pulling out from behind me he scuffed the rear bumper cover. The scuff did not quite buff out, so I had the dealer refinish it. I was worried that I might get stuck with the repair, so I had the police come out and file a report. I have lately been told that there is now a "black mark" on the vehicle's Carfax history, and I have been asked some really strange questions. It seems that this incident and the corresponding report is causing concern / perception (whether mentally or physically) of the quality of the vehicle. With the exception of this incident, the car has barely even seen water with the exception of washing. The car is MINT.
If someone has factual experience with a similar situation, please comment. I have included a before picture of the scuff in the group above.
The car is being offered in Stock form with a custom cover.
Three-piece 20" billet rims with TPMS and tires are separate, as is the Escort 9500CI.
Price $59,500
