1999 SLK 230
Directional Signal Flasher
99 SLK 230. My directional siganals have stopped flashing on both sides including the 4 way hazard. When activated the bulbs light. I would imagine that it is the flasher unit. Where is it located and is it easy to change?

CLK 430, SLK 230
I talked to a MB mechanic today about this problem and he said he would bet it's a bad hazard switch (the actual red triangular switch in the dash), as it's a common fault in MBs and he replaces 100s of them each year.
