slk 230 cuts out!!!!
hi, can anyone help???
My slk 230 runs really well and im completely happy with it. Its an automatic, but the thing is sometimes when i am stationary in traffic in drive, the engine cuts out. If i put it in park and start the engine, it starts up fine.
Any ideas what the issue might be??

2009 C350, 2011 M350, 2003 SLK320
Interesting. I'm having similar issues with my 2003 SLK320. Complete cut out at traffic stop, and yesterday complete cut off in the middle of cruising.
Did you have any luck getting a diagnosis on yours? When did yours occur specifically? Any error codes on ODB-II system that helps you determine the root cause? Did you take it to a mechanic and have them do the diagnosis?
