Traction Control Light SLK 200 Problem

I'm having a problem with...

1) The traction control light comes on if I turn to the right, even slightly, and accelerate, even slightly.

2) After a while the ABS lights come on.

3) The car will eventually go into limp mode.

Mechanic's SnapOn diagnostics are inconclusive, showing possible faults from rotational motion sensor with live data during a test drive showing erratic behaviour from that sensor.

The diagnostics also showed an issue with the rear left ABS sensor so we replaced that with new MB one. Diagnostics still showing a fault with that sensor.

Also when driving if I go over a slight dip in the road the traction control light will flash.

Anyone got any thoughts on a way through the maze?

It's a 2003 SLK 200 (170) RRR. Bought secondhand 6 months ago with FSH, one owner from new. Love it!

The issues are with you wheel speed sensors\rings or you have under inflated tires or you did something stupid and put larger tires in the car.

SnapOn is a great entry level tool, but you need someone with factory or equal software!!
