Hi everybody...

I am going to buy these wheels on my SLK 55..

The wheels are 19X8.5 with the offset 35 for the front and the same for the rear..
i would like to know there is any problems to put this this set on my car..

and the tyres ?

on the front can i put 225/40/19 and the rear 255/35/19 (with 8.5?) ?

thank you very much

Best regard

Max

Too thin of a tyre, 255 or 265.

The SLK 55 comes with staggered 18" wheels. The wheels you pictured are after market wheels, 8.5", front and rear (non staggered). I would suggest you purchase those 19" wheels, 8.5" front, and 9.5" rear. Offset of 35mm front and rear should work, but I'd prefer 32mm front and 35mm rear. Fits the SLK 55 perfectly. Most goes with and I have 19" after market wheels, 8.5" front, 32mm offset, (235x19x35 tires), and rear, 9.5" (265x19x30 tires). I know of one SLK 55 owner who went with 225x19x40 tires front. Just my suggestions.

Here's a eBay LINK for the same wheel in 16". Look on the page and click on "ask seller a question". They should be able to get that wheel in 19", 8.5" front and 9.5" rear with 32mm front and 35mm rear offset. I purchased my newest set of wheels from this seller, Eurotechwheels. Postive experience from price, shipping, and quality of product.
