Non-Starter after Crash

Non-Starter after Crash
I bought a 2014 SLK200 R172 from salvage, fairly small frontal damage but drivers airbag and pre-tensioner deployed. I have replaced both and had crash data removed from SRS Module.
Main problem is that it wont start, just get a click from the starter solenoid and that's it. Regardless of where the key position is the main live feed down to the starter solenoid has no power, so assuming the crash has isolated the power.
I read that the pyro fuse may have blown and that on the R172 it was part of the F32 Pre-Fusebox in the engine bay (the item you'd attach the jumper lead to). I have removed this item and checked for continuity on all fuses and the seem fine (see image).
What else could be preventing power getting to starter solenoid?
Thanks
D.

I have discovered why there was no power down to the starter solenoid, there is a cut-off device in the battery for the lead that feeds the starter. As you can see from the image below it has been triggered.
I have managed to reset this to reinstate the power, but I get the distinct feeling that you're not supposed to, it didn't fix the problem anyhow. Should it be OK or does it need replacing?
