Did you ever get a solution for you to reset "service" engine message/light?

Had to do this once... It is actually the same command system of the old C-class. Google C-class service reset and follow the instructions. Had to do it last year and there was a slight change from the video but it works. Unfortunately I can't remember what that slight change was Damn it. I think it had something to do with the initial pressing of the buttons to get the service menu to pull up. I'm sure you guys will figure it out. Good luck!!!!
One slight issue I had this year. The car is 3 years old and has 3500 miles. When they tried to reset the service indicator for the yearly oil change this year they had to 'back out' the old service reset to get the new one to take. Guess I need to drive more. Car wouldn't recognize 3 services in 3 years with only 3500 miles
