When driving I noticed a rattle in the overhead interior light console that would stop when I touched this unit. Releasing this unit based on the information provided in a video (see below), I was able to isolate the rattle noise to the sliding black plastic piece that latches the console to the headliner. Using felt folded over a thin card, I was able to insert the felt, removed the card and finally cut the excess material for now essentially a rattle-free cabin. See picture below. Total repair time for me was ~45 minutes.
