Vito 111 cdi 2007 into dyno mode

Im new in here, so maybe ill make som mistakes - and my english is terrible
..
I have a Vito 111 cdi that i wanna try i dyno mode, i have read about how to do it, to many other models, but not this type.
It does not have a command center
I attach a pic of my dashboard if its a help.
