The fans will only come on when there is high temp/high pressure at the condensor. If the system is low on gas then the fans won't come on.
Was the system diagnosed with a leak? Unless there is a leak or the compressor has seized then you won't need a compressor |

I have just collected the vehicle from the agents where I always service, system was evacuated, vacuum drawn and recharged. The unit is 100% functional and the cost was less than $150.00 including labour?????????? What really drives me mad is the agents that I took it to when I was on leave wanted $3500.00 and where still not sure if that would solve the problem????? That is a rip off second to none!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
