Unhappy HELP..!!! V230 CHAIN TENSIONER LEAK???

Hi Guys, Newbie on the forum and looking for some advice. Just picked up my v230 and found that it has a major oil leak from what appears to be the cam chain tensioner at the back of the engine..Bummer!
Anyway, my question is...will this be an engine out job as access to that area seems too tight against the bulkhead. has anyone replaced this part on their van? I'm pretty good on the spanners, having done a head gasket on a previous vito but is this job too much for me? Can't seem to find a service manuel for this ANYWHERE????
Lastly, is this a common fault and what could have caused it?

ANY help would really be appreciated....

Oh yes!!! It's a 111 engine and a 638 chassis (1998)
