Any die-cast models of the W210 E55 out there?
So it was my birthday recently and my friend got me a nice 1:18 scale model of the CL63 (AUTOart). He said he tried in vain to find one of the W210 E55 but to no avail. So that sort of piqued my interest and I tried looking for one but nada.
Did they ever make die cast models of our cars?
I'd like to have one. I really think the W210 E55 is one of the few AMG production cars that will attain cult car status. It's got a lot going for it (performance, classic lines, reputation, historical significance, you have to know one to appreciate one etc.), heck even Jay Leno features one prominently in his garage
TIA

look at the history of recent models, value wise all tanked, good examples are only held on by enthusiasts like us, regular people use them just like any other car, and quickly dispose of them. cult status? i'm sure even a hyndai elantra owner dreams of the same thing at sometime
