Full coverage is a general term. I assume you mean having collision and comprehensive (glass/theft) coverage in addition to the state required liability coverage.
I would assume that MOST of us keep full coverage on our cars. I wouldn't drive any car with only liability unless it was worth less than $3k. For me, the added costs of collision and comprehensive are not that significant (less than 40% of total insurance cost), so that would mean I'm paying ~$450 a year for the collision/comprehensive portion of my insurance on the E55. Of course, I am a mature driver with no accidents or points on my license. |

Yes I do , then again as Bill above,I am a mature driver with no points or accidents in my history .. my policy on the E55 is part of multiple cars / and house insurance bundle so I get a good deal for multiple policies from State farm so there will be no reason for me not to have a full coverage and more on my E55 . i realize that maybe thats different for some younger people .

I use Liberty Mutual since I came to the USA. For 3 of my cars i pay $1800 per year. I am 35 and never got a ticket. (I got special deal because of my houses bundle)

I've got "full coverage" on mine. I think it's around $1,400 a year through Mercury for my E55. I have 2 cars on the policy and can't remember how much the E55 is exactly.
