FYI, Jay Leno owns a W210 E55 AMG

Was reading an article on his 300SL restomod with a 6.3 AMG, probably by Mechatronik, and when browsing thru the pictures I saw a clean 55'er in the background of his garage!

Yeah, this was talked about quite a bit back when Jay did a piece on the AMG Black Series. You can see his 2001 E55 in the background.

I believe the story is that Mercedes gave Jay the E55 as payment for appearing at some promotional event. I imagine it has barely any miles on it.

This speaks volumes for the W210 E55. Jay Leno has impeccable taste in vehicles and if he has a W210 E55 in the stables it MUST be a solid car.

That 300SL with the 63 motor has got to be a BEAST!!!!
