The W210 E55 is a great car for what it is and was great when it came out and still is a good car today.

However, the W212 E63 and the W210 E55 can not really be compared. The W212 E63 is 10x better in just about every way. Handling is way better, engine note, electronice, tarnsmission etc. I love them both, but the W212 E63 is a far superior car in every way...

I wish they did the 2 tone on the w212. Really makes the interior pop

I would love to experience driving that w212. I know that Mercedes knows how to build a awsome product.

I totally agree with ya, but if you would compare the W212 E63 to the legendary W124 E500 . The W124 would win hands down. The quality of the “over engineered “w124 is far superior to the current Mercedes generations. However, the W212 is still great when it comes to handling electronics, transmission etc..

I also need to update my signature. Says 2000 e55 sold. Which I did years ago. Need to update to list the 2001 e55. Such a solid car. It just goes and goes

Perhaps. We will see. I've put 20K miles in 1.5 years on the E63. No one issue.

I think Mercedes quality could be back. We will see.

Now the 2005 E55 was another story. That had lots of little annoying electrical issues. So far not one with the W212
