I don't think you can find this anymore new part. I think AMS has some internal change. What from my understanding is not going to help much for the increase Hp. Maybe 10hp but the pulley is about $1k + installation. I rather go with Header than Pulley. NA car pulley won't really help.

1.) AMS has been sold but you might still be able to get the pulley
2.) The pulley will definitely add power even if it is a N/A car (obviously not like a S/C car)
3.) The real gain from the pulley is the quicker rev's
4.) If it is truly $1k (last I checked it was around $500) I would definitely go with headers over the pulley as the headers would add more power

I question the AMS pulley as there have been horror stories, there are people on this forum that have them installed and have had no issues.

I looked down this path and opted to not go with the AMS pulley, I did however install the Evosport UD pulley kit and did a before and after dyno and gained about 5 RWHP and 9 RWTQ but as I mentioned above the real gain was the quicker rev's which is definitely noticeable.

AMS Headers/pulley

Ordered AMS headers and Pulley.
Did the AMS headers and X-pipe, high flow cats, deleted secondary cats and resonator delete, kept the original AMG rear silencer.

Yes, it made the car responsive and sound great, well worth it. Drove the car for a month felt like an 25+ hp increse maybe.

The did the alu-pulley at my local MB shop, didn't have any big hope in the thing about that nice looking round wheelish-bit of aluminium.

BUT when i picked the car up! What a major difference in throttle it made!
Would say like another 20+ horses found its way to the stable. Could not belive the change it made to the car.

So. He** yeah!

P.S The headers cracked from where you fasten the cat-pipes and back against the engine? (bad on explaining) after like 5 months, hade them welded and works fine again.

Yeah i spoke ti GPT they have few left and i figure since they are 30% of i would buy them but its still 400 dollars and think that would be better to put towards KLEEMAN headers...wouldnt mind to add the pulley also before tune, but i still havnt been convinced that it would be a good decision

tejsh- wuz your pulley done at same time as exhaust modifications? and where did u c most diference if wasnt done at same time

No, i did the pulley a month later. I would say that together exhaust/pulley, these two mods made it. But the exhaust mod should make more HP of course

Most diference? I think was the surprice that the pulley made such a diference overall.

Through the whole register, but most att first end do to the light weight it really gives the engine an easier spin.
No magic, just less mass to turn around on the bottom end.
