Alignment Question - Caster

Update: Took it too a recommended shop that new a bit more about these cars. He put it on his own machine and said that overall it is fine. He adjusted the toe and that was it. He also said the caster kit was not going to help enough and that likely the car had been in some sort of accident but he couldn't sure. So, for the most part, the car is aligned and works well.

Original Post:

At an alignment shop yesterday they found it as below. The caster bolt bulletin says that I can go + or - 3mm (less than half a degree) with the adjustment but it seems that it is not nearly enough and the tech agreed. The car has not been in any accidents. Is this a common problem? I'll go get a second opinion regardless. He said the bushings looked good on the lower arm and we tried to get motion by rocking but no apparent slop. They are original (I think).
