Ordering spark plugs

Are these the right ones?
FR8DPP33+ (+45)

Im pretty sure FR8DPP33+ is the correct bosch part number. But what does the +45 mean?

Yeah, going to order from the UK, and all the dealers show the (+45) after the fr8dpp33+, which confuses me... Don't want to return them, postage to expensive, so i wan't to get it right the first time.
But i can get them for the half the price shipped, living in the most expensive land in the world has its downsides, not only 8.50/gallon gasoline

And I thought paying $4.55 a gallon was bad.

I remember getting gas when I first started driving and it was less than $1 a gallon. It pissed me off when I'd have to pay $20 to fill the tank on a car then.

It was over 10 years ago gas was 4.50/gal here! Not the most economic commuter the E55, but i arrive at work with a smile on my face and i can't wait to drive home.. Cars like the Toyota Aygo and the likes are very popular here If you care to call them "car".
