kleemann headers broke 3 times in my car now.
now i have mkb headers ... no problem with them.
but possible no problem with stock power on a N/A Engine, mine now has 623hp ... too much for the kleemann headers.
mkb headers are also available at mkb germany, but they a way more expensive.
greetings, Fabian

I also have mine for about 6 years in my W211 and no problem at all and bring good power. I think it depends on installation.

Depends on the car. My E430 picked up about 20 HP and not much sound. MBH guarantees their headers will make 40 or 45 hp (I don't recall exactly) on the 55K engines and I know that headers are really really loud on C63's

W211 has totaly different headers then w210. w210 headers are 4-2-1 headers where the w211 headers are straigt 4in1. mine where cracked multibple times and believe me, it hase nothing to do with "installation". Kleemann replaced one header, the other one was welded because kleeman dk has no sparepart at that moment. After the 3rd time the one header cracked again i bought the MKB headers for a really nice price (used)
here are some pictures of my broken headers:

MKB new price is around 3500€ without Catalysts. aprox 4500€ with the catalysts and downpipes.
My car is definitivly not represantativ for "stanadard power output" as I drive a highly modified S/C M113 Engine but before i bought the kleemann headers i asked if they can take such amount of power (and heat) and Claus from Kleemann DK told me ... Yes, no problem!

Thanks for sharing the pictures. That's the first I've seen of the MKB's. They look pretty much identical to my older Kleemann's. The older Kleemann's had the individual flanges and the newer ones have all four flanges connected. I wonder who copied who originally since they look so similar.
