Exclamation Hesitation with ESP

The weather has cooled to low 50's and traction has been a bit of a problem, but I've noticed car spins tires from the dig with ESP on and engine suddenly hesitates for a second or so. This is a killer. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Along with controlling the rear wheels ESP also has control of the throttle and will reduce it if need be. Are you new to the vehicle and haven't experienced this before or is it something that's new to the car??

I've had the car 18 months and launch all the time, so this is new to car.

I can't speak for your situation, but that is totally normal for me. If I punch the throttle from the dig, either the ESP lights up or the tires smoke, depending on if ESP is on or off. Being that it is on and blinking, I'd say you are getting no traction. if this is a new thing, consider checking out your tires. They do go hard as they wear and the cold temps may be hurting yo9u more? I do not see where you have any mechanical issues. If you do, please elaborate.
