Anybody remove rear MBZ star emblem from trunk? DIY? How to? Any pics?
Just curious if this is something that you can do and pry out or if there's a special DIY out there?

Mine was a pita. After cutting my finger three times using the floss method i got mad and ripped it off snapping it in three pieces lol. Went to the stealer and got a new one for around 13 bucks.

The anchors stay in the car and can be re used. I just received an extra emblem I order from parts.com $5. Here are some pics of the back in case anyone was wondering.

Here is what it looks like from in side the trunk. The best way to do it with out buying a new one is get in there and push the emblem out(leave the rubber alone)

Much better doing it from inside the trunk, push the pins out from inside and nothing brakes..
