What's funny is that my friend has a C55 with kleeman headers, no cats and full dual exhaust. Yet he has zero header tick. My car has pretty much the same setup, and it has header tick.

I have what sounds like a leak too. Had a bad weld fixed before the primary cat which seemed to make it better, but still something there...it's either a cracked header (at the collector) or a gasket issue. Gonna take the **** off this weekend. (sorry knuckles...)
