I hope my AMG bothers haven't forgot about me...

Off topic but I just felt like coming back fellas! No AMG still but I hope you guys enjoy the new ride

2013 GT-R Premium. Pearl White, black interior, Godspeed wing (refinished to match the OEM carbon perfectly), KW Sleeve kit, HRE P43's, some sick tooner lugs, and a Stillen skid plate. More to come as always.

Nice car, but your tire guy didn't do a good job...unless he matched the rim's low point.

You just bought the most advanced car in the world Now throw an AMS Alpha 12 Package on it and just laugh as no car on the street will possibly be able to keep up. Even UGR Gallardos struggle due to crappy gearbox and traction. The GT-R really is ahead of it's time Congrats Funny 55ks struggle to make 600whp when a GT-R mildly tuned with very mild bolt ons runs 10.1 in the quarter mile, FULL WEIGHT and R-compound street tires It does that with less than 590whp and the weight difference between the E55 and GT-R isn't that much.

Headers, intake, bigger turbs and more tuning......ummmm hello Mr1000hp

Just curious if you miss being back in the 2 ton straight line boats at all.

Nice to see those pics of the machine. It's truly a beast.

Haha, yes I do know.... Although I have no use for back seats, I miss my land yacht so much and have been looking to scoop one up but it's hard to replace what I had.

Thank you for the kind words!

It doesn't. This car and the 55k are worlds apart. I can't really say I like one more than the other but I have a feeling the GT-R and I have the beginning of a beautiful thing together.

SOOOOOO SWEEEEET AND SEXY TAL!!!!!!!! (which I expected nothing less from you and know it's only going to get better) - my favorite part was you had a goal, a plan, and the execution was flawless - not many people are able to pull that off - let alone the end result of that beauty being waiting for them every morning!!!!!!! Well done sir!!!!

Congrats Tal! I've been waiting a while to see your GTR, must've been a tough wait especially considering you hated the S4 you had. And missing that E55 of yours.
Awesome car. Excellent color choice!

Thanks man, already have a Switzer P600 kit in the works. Trust me when I say it won't stay at stock power levels for long.

Just saw your post on NAGTROC. Congrats on the purchase of a beautiful car. Funny but I was just at Switzer yesterday for my P600 install. Tim, Neil and DK are a fantastic group of guys and they even took me for a ride in Scott's (Divexxtreme) GTR Ultimate Car. Holy Moses, it makes the P600 feel like a Honda hybrid. Anyways, best of luck with your future mods and shoot me a pm if you have any questions about the P600 package or about Switzer in general.

Thanks Rock! Neil and the whole Switzer crew are pure class man. I would love to know your impressions on the kit! Did you get the new 90mm SS exhaust? Thanks for the kind words man, I will definitely keep in touch.

Thank you. That's definitely not my cosmetic style but I appreciate the feedback.

Got some more pics over the weekend at Cars and Coffee and Bandimere Speedway. Enjoy

Yes, I had the 90mm SS system installed and the fit and finish is beyond top notch. It's almost too nice to hide under the car.

A couple of notes of interest regarding the exhaust. First, it has a deeper exhaust tone at idle and there is no drone at cruising speed. It does sing an authoritative song a WOT. As far as the tips are concerned, The Switzer tips are beautiful but they do protrude about three inches or so from the bumper, even when fully retracted. I guess this is important for the high horsepower cars (the excess heat can damage the bumper) I wanted more of a stock look and was happy that I could use my 2009 tips. But even with the stock tips I am still out about one inch more than I was originally. I did not realize this until I got home. It does not look bad but I may take it back for further adjusting.

I did not really get a chance to push the P600 hard yet. With the holiday weekend our roads are flooded with the men in blue. I will have it to the track in the next week or two to see what it can do. I previously had a mid-pipe and a couple of different E-tunes and would run 11.1 @ 125-127mph. I am anxious to see what the improvement will be.
