Eurocharged 175mm pulley compared to 168mm

Currently have a Kleemann 168mm put down 442whp, 488wtq on mustang dyno.

Changing to a ec 175, 550 injectors, fuel rail, kleemann headers will I get close to 500whp mark?

i think you'll need a larger TB to hit 500... that's my goal as well, but i'm gonna do everything else first and see how close i can get

Reading up on the kleemann pulley it's ALOT lighter than any of the other pulleys. Wonder if my 168 and the new 175 would be close? Any input...

Maybe I may just keep the 168 lol fawk

well since our mods are gonna be almost the same, you can wait until I do mine and then see what kinda power my car makes... i'm going with a 175mm pulley... btw does anyone know if I need a smaller wp pulley for a 175 or will stock work?

Nice to see there is a local crowd here. Ill be running the EC 180mm pulley + tune and supporting cooling system mods. should have a dyno day when the weather gets a little more stable!

Id guess youd be at 500

Figure 30-40 for headers. 20+ from pulley

I think you'll be close, but not over. TB would definately put you over.

From my understanding 168 to 175 will increase about 10 torque but not much Hp. I have Kleemann tune so Cory told me i can use 168 or 175 with the tune but don't go bigger than 175. A good tune from Kleemann, Header, down pipe and 168 crank pulley should make 500whp.

Exactly my point ! not much different. And you can get the new smaller SC pulley so why go to 175. I think 168 is the best combination. You just need to add the Kleemann Header and your car will run 500whp mid 11's

WOW ! your car will be in low 11's with those 550c injectors but you will need to retune with EC or your MPG will go like 10MPG !
