MBH Long Tube Headers and Mids **special pricing**

Its been a while since I had a chance to sit down and offer up a deal to you guys here at MBworld. With MBH growing at a great rate, it's been taking up a bunch of my time, which I don't mind. With that said, I'm taking the time I got tonight to offer up a deal on some E55 and CLS55 Long tube headers with standard mid-section as a package on the best headers you can get for your E55 and CLS55.

In our header systems, we use only the best materials. Such as T-321 stainless plate steel flanges, T-304 stainless steel primary tubes. Where others may use 18 gauge (thin) walled tuning, We use 16 gauge (thick) walled tuning. This offers superior heat retention. Or in other words, the thinner walled 18 gauge tubing will spill more heat into the engine than our 16 gauge steel.

All of our headers are 100% TIG welded and purged with Argon gas, for superior weld uniformity. We make our own merge collector with internal velocity spike on each of your headers.

Our 1.75" Primary tubes have dyno and track proven results. They are on AMG making 450whp all the way up to the 600whp area. Not to mention they are GUARANTEED to make you 40 or more wheel horsepower over stock. As a stand alone mod. Typical gains over stock are in the 45-50whp area over stock. There is no other 1 mod that you can do safely that will make more power.

Our headers are hand build in the USA and come with an iron clad warranty. If for any reason our header cracks, comes apart during the time you have your car, we will fix or replace it. I am happy to report, that over the years we have been building headers, regardless of climate we have never had a header crack, weld fail, or the header come apart. This is partly due to the attention to detail we put into every header system we make.

Again we got some special pricing going on for a short time. On long tubes and mid sections. If you are interested in getting the best headers you can get for your Mercedes at a great price, shoot me a PM or an Email.

These headers with there mid, made 447rwhp on a e63 using a Dynamics Dyno (Heartbreaker). All the car had was this system and a BIP tune, they are stout for sure.

These are great headers. If I was modding my E55 again I'd buy a set. Unfortunately there aren't any available for 208 clk

I'd like pricing for an '03 E55. Is there any modification other than bolting them on that needs to be done?

I'd do a group buy, but I don't want to ruin it if we don't meet the number of people. So I'll just give out good pricing to everyone. Rather than a set number of people. As always feel free to shoot me a PM or an email.

If you use cats and keep your resonator the car should be spot on for what you're looking for...

Only loud when you get on it. It's pretty normal when just cruising around.

I've got the headers and mid pipe, running catless into stock resonator and mufflers. When cruising, it is nice and quiet. The sound level is directly proportionate to the amount of throttle used. Here's a vid I made after my install. I did some cruising, partial throttle pulls, and a full throttle run so you can hear the difference. Cruising, you can really only tell the difference at 80 and above, but it's definitely tolerable. The WOT sound is worth it.
