See, I just dont get that. Its not even street legal so who really cares. Might as well done that to a Pinto. At that point its just a shell. I like cars like yours that look like an average E55 and can be driven to dinner but put most on wax! That car is stupid IMO.

Yeah, that CLK with a 454 LSX Motor and a 200 shot is crazy and a good find!

This 1,050 HP 1956 Mercedes Gullwing has always been my favorite!

And here's a few more Mercedes drag cars..

And how about a Mercedes van armed with a massive 632-cubic inch big block Chevy powerplant that runs 8's!

What a hack job. look at the welds on that panhard bar mount Too lazy to clean the metal first? With no reinforcement plate either It could of been a cool build though

agreed i like AMGs / benz because there pure luxury, fast as hell and have plenty of gadgets to play with. when u strip it down and do all this crazy stuff u mine as well do it to a honda or a moped lol kinda defents the purpose of a benz in the first place. i would take chawkins ride anyday other that.

I guess at the end of the day...it takes good old American Muscle to go really fast
Ashame MB didn't build a big block for something in their fleet to work off of, based on what the bottom end looks like on our motors....probably would of been pretty stoudt!

I like it. When it comes to big HP pushrods engines the LS engine is the only way to go!

427 lsx , twin gt-35r's , 4l80e built , and its all wheel drive . ran a 10.7 on a shakedown pass on 22" heavy wheels and tires w no traction and on low boost. weighs 5500 lbs with me , also has suspension to handle the road coarse as well. ill be competing in the truckin throwdown next friday at el toro afb (same track on top gear u.s.)

now for the lsx lover in me i got to play with this today

its a 525 c.i. lsx , RHS alum block , Mast 6 bolt heads , and a 4.0 whipple going in a sand car weighing >3k lbs. should make around 1400 hp.

It's got tags so it looks to be street legal in Mexico.
