Kind of a grinding from Pano roof on drivers side rail area. (video)

I've read about the motors getting loose, and rails needing lube, but nothing about a grindingish noise from the rail areas. It's just begun, sounds fine opening, but seems to be slightly chattering or grinding as it closes. I had a pop bottle cap on the sliding glass and it was dancing around when closing like it was vibrating. Looks like the lube is kinda dried up so I'm gonna get some lube and go through it but wondering if anyone else has had this happen before? It's def in the rail area making the noise. Only when closing. Hopefully a good lube job and it will leave me happy for a good while. Here I thought I got lucky and had a nice problem-less pano. lol Here's a clip I made trying to capture the sound. Yes I know the car was dirty for this video. lol You Tube You Tube

Have you tried to adjust the roof drive yet?

I am so so afraid of my pano roof would fail that's why i never open it.
