FS: 12mm H&R spacers x 4 + extended lug bolts
$200 shipped.
I used these with my OEM wheels to give it that subtle but proper look. I was running a 275 tire on the rear. No rubbing or fender rolling required. Extended lug bolts included.
Here's a pic of the spacers on the rear wheels only. Nice and flush. You can see how far in the fronts are:
