Codes P0141 & P0161 O2 Sensors Heater Circuit Malfunction

Please only post if you have any actual experience or knowledge dealing with either (or both) of those codes AFTER LONG TUBE HEADERS INSTALL WITH AFTERMARKET TUNE! I've been looking at different sources lately and here is what I came up with:

1.O2 sensors coded out via Tune from your tuner (IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE ENABLED VIA STAR!)
-In order to fix those codes you will have to ask your tuner to enable them in your tune.
2.02 sensors coded out via Star
3.O2 sensors really failed and needs to be replaced (most unlikely)

Here is my situation. Sensors were already replaced. Sensors are enabled in star. I'm getting those codes every 600-800 miles. All of my I/M monitors are getting and showing "READY" in the first 100 miles of the driving cycle but the "O2 sensor" and "O2 sensor Heater". They stay INCOMPLETE all the time until the P0141 and P0161 codes show up. I have ARH longtubes without cat converters.
Do you think the problem lays in the tune? Most likely they are turned off in my actual tune?
Any help, ideas, advises etc.... will be appreciated!

Did you have to modify the wiring of the rear o2 sensors to complete the header installation?

Where did you get the sensors? I can provide instructions to test each sensor. Is SOME cases your catalytic converters might be bad and the sensors are reading way off. Your 'tune' might have damaged them and now instead of throwing a cat code you might be getting 02 codes. RARELY does more than 1 02 sensor go bad at the same time.

I do not have cats. Sensors are original MB units. The problems is that they never go into "Ready" status like the other I/M Monitoring items. I get P0141 more often than P0161.
