My charger has been loud lately like a whine kind of. I brought it to Mercedes and they said they think it's the veins inside that are rubbing each other due to bearing wear on the front bearing and said I have to replace it. Is there anything I can do other than replacing the whole charger? Is there a different charger someone makes or a Twin Turbo setup that I could do? I don't really think I should spend all that money on a new charger and still have a stock car. Any input or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
