tail light and DRL staying on

tail light and DRL staying on
This evening I shut the lights off, turned the lights off, got out and the pass DRL and the pass tail light were still illuminated with the car off and keys out of the ignition. Played with the headlight switch a bit and they went off. Any thoughts?
