This noise is driving me bat sh*t crazy! I can't for the life of me pinpoint what it is I'm about to remove the supercharger to get a better look. Noise is originating from back of engine or supercharger area. Only does it with throttle closed (Second I touch gas peddle it goes away)

Please any help is appreciated, see video below!

Pull the S/C belt and see if the sound continues. It sounds like a vacuum leak. Our Lemons race car had the same sound...never figured it out...

It's not the supercharger forgot to mention it only does it off throttle (Idle or cruising) second I touch the gas peddle it goes away.

Is it the throttle body or bypass valve? I had a junkyard throttle body that made a high pitched squeal under certain rpm loads (sorry didn't listen to the video).

I had a similar noise ,turned out to be the hole in the TB where the vent hoses attached,I had that hole plugged temporarily after I did 82mm TB swap and after I hooked up T fitting for vent hoses the high pich noise went away.

I had a similar noise as well after having the SC clutch replaced. The dealership forgot to tighten the SC to head bolts...

Use a piece of hose to your ear and fish the other end around the engine until you find the source.

Hahaha want to laugh ? Mine was the exact same thing! I was removing everything and when I got too the supercharger every bolt was loose to the point they could wiggle off with vibration :P
