I've reserved an '07 E63!

Carmax, 20k miles, black on cashmere/ash (cashmere/ash part ), pano, P2, parking sensors. I'm actually not sure if it's cashmere or ash interior? (see pics below)

What do you guys think of black 040 on the light color interior? It kinda has the "old man" look and I think it might hurt resale a bit. If I buy it I might wrap it in white or deep blue (would bring out nice contrast of the pano). White with cashmere looks nice I think.

Also, I reserved an e55 via relayrides for 2 days. My plan is to drive it around and get a good feel for it, then drive it to the dealer that has the e63 so I can test drive them back to back!

I think it actually looks pretty good.

I can tell you after test-driving an untold number of E55s, to finally find the best one in existence, that the E55 you reserve has a 90% chance of having a dead I/C pump. Just keep that in mind when you compare the two.

Just run the vin through epc-net and that will tell you what the color of the interior is.

I got all the codes from my local dealer. 858 sierra grey is what the document says, however if you look closey at the pics I see 854 cashmere beige also in there (specifially upper part of dash and entire steering wheel). do you think this was a special order of some kind?

paint is 040 (black)

Dude you were 100% right. After two spirited pulls the engine went into limp mode
