Verde Axis Reviews?
Hi there,
I think I've seen a couple people on here with the Verde Axis or something similar to that design. Could you let me know the specs, if you had to run spacers, and general overall review? I don't know much about Verde, it seems like a replica of the BBS FI. I don't do much racing, sometimes drag but that's it and I plan to match them with PSS.
Your input is greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Trevor

One of those cars is mine. The wheels look great and are holding up well. I went with 20x9.5 +32 and 20x10.5 +42. No spacers required, but I did need to roll the rear fenders to fit the 305s.

How thin was the rubber on the 20s? I think I'm going 19 cuz the roads in my city are so terrible.

Bump for some new pics.
I think I want to get a set and powdercoat them gloss black, but are the offsets flush with the fender? I have a set of gloss black 19" CLS55 wheels right now and offsets are near perfect.

I'm running 305s on mine and it is very aggressively flush with the fender. With the rear fenders rolled, I can maybe slide a credit card in between the tire and fender in the back and I get no rubbing when lowered or hitting bumps/dips. Looks fantastic.
The fronts aren't as aggressive because I like turning and not blowing out fenders.
I was expecting a much harsher ride when switching from 18s to 20s, but it wasn't that bad. I only really notice it on like really bad expansion joints on the highway. This thing never rode like a Lexus to begin with, so it's tolerable.
Oh, I got mine from Need4Speed, one of the forum sponsors. Paul is who I dealt with and I didn't have any issues. He had the wheels shipped to me the day they arrived. Wait, I did have one issue and that was with the (free) lug bolts they gave me with the wheels. They were the wrong seat type. Luckily my guy at Discount Tire caught it during install and traded me for the correct lug bolts straight up. I really made out on the deal because I got a much higher quality set and they are locking bolts.

Hey Denroll, I know you have the 20's but any idea what offset's would be needed for 19's without rolling the fenders?

I have a stupide question, how much psi air on those tires ? I assume 35 is right ? my tires are 245/30/20 and 295/25/20 really not sure the psi since it's so low profile tire.
