Just got me 55 about a month ago after selling my SL500.
One of my license plate light bulb is burnt and i was wondering if any of you used

Sylvania LED/Glove Compartment Light Mini Bulb 6418

I don't want to take my trunk apart and to replace the housing just to use a brighter light bulb and i was thinking this one might fit without any error on my dash - looking for an easy and brighter solution.

What do you guys think?
I live by the Las Vegas MB dealer and can get OEM too.

Contact this vendor for license plate LED bulbs, which cause no errors. That is what I run.

I have the autozone festoons .. they are very nice.. and no errors.. actually the only autozone led's that don't cause errors.. ive tried the rest of them

I use those same Sylvania leds. At first they lasted a while before throwing a code on the dash, but eventually they did. I just tapped resistors into the wires.
