w210 headers
I have come across some brand new e55 w210 log style headers that look very close to the w211 style. They are good quality with a price of 480.00 So my question is as long as its a 113 engine style header, would it be worth it to try and use them? I know the flange to the cat would have to be cut/modified ...and thats good because that is the bottle neck but will the header angle be so far off its not feasable? Looks like a cheap 50 state legal alternative with a little work but again I have never had both headers side by side to compare. Shorty header dyno numbers always seem to be very low unless the bottle neck to the cat is removed and up sized so I have to cut in no matter what to get any real gains. Any opinions?

In my opinion for $500 to buy log manifolds that you will need to modify, I would just buy kleemanns.
