What brakes are these??

Can someone provide info on them? I want to swap wheels but I need a brake template and I cannot for the life of me seem to confirm what these are.

It looks like a GT kit but I'm not certain. It is front and rear.

Calipers or rotors? Calipers look like the OEM Brembos, just painted and decaled. Rotors may be GiroDisc?

you'd think with all of his ricer **** on the front he would actually get the hood to fit correctly

It's not the hood. It's the front bumper that is not fitting well and is being pushed down. See how the gap gets bigger as you move from the wheel arch to the headlight?

bumper gap must be from all that down force the aero is generating at the track #becauseracecar

He's on coilovers and has some weight saving mods so maybe he does track it.

Needs to shim the bumper. I DO like the fog light delete though.

I'm almost certain that's not the stock caliper. Look at the design of the stock e55. It was the first thing I noticed on the car.

Correct, the gap is actually significantly worse than pictured. It's one of the things that needs to be resolved with the car.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about it.

It's a prior design front bumper.

Not going to track it, nor do I believe the previous owner tracked it either.

Probably keep them unless someone wants to spend 3,500 to buy them from me. That's unlikely though and I don't really want to deal with hagglers trying to get a fresh built set of HRE's for 2k...... shipped.

I here ya. I love the tinted brushed finish . For reference the last set of hre's I bought were freshly rebuilt set of 19's for a 211 powder coated silver for $2300 shipped. So I know what you mean

Kind of looks brushed but it's not, it's a really deep metallic gray. People dump them cheap. 6 months ago mine went back to the factory and had 3 new faces, all new lips and barrels all done in house at HRE. Sooo not going to be letting them go for peanuts.

Back on topic. Here's a picture of the caliper. Mine are definitely different.

And here's the stock calipers;
