Header advice, plm or kleemann, primary delete or secondary delete?
I'm looking at plm and kleemann for headers. I Like plm for ease of install, no cutting or welding. If I go plm I was thinking of keeping primary cat and deleting 2nd. With the klees I'd clearly need to remove primary cats but I'd likely keep the secondaries for cleanup and reduced gas smell.
Any input, advice greatly appreciated.

This is where I get confused because I do not want my car to wreek of gas if I go without cats. Furthermore ppl always say you lose some boost with removing all cats and adding headers. I was thinking doing the plm for this reason, keep the primary and delete secondary. Just doesn't seem very popular from what I've read on the boards.

I have ARH LT's with no catalytic converters and I can't walk behind my car after it's been running for a while. I am having cats put back in as soon as I can. I'm no tree hugger (obviously) but don't like polluting this much or running the risk of getting pulled over. The smell is strong. I can't smell it while driving, but stop at a light and the wind blows it inside the car it can get overwhelming. I have a custom tune on my car, some have smells some don't.

Ok so if you where to put in some thunderbolt cats and say shut off the rear 02 sensors, will this be picked up on the smog test? My shop no longer does tests so cant hook up to see if the egr and air pump delete will be seen as not ready or not available as well.
