How do you disassemble door cards?
How do you disassemble the door card to replace say the arm rest/handle leather or the piece above it on the door trim. When I took out the door card, the wood panel in the back was held in place permanently by welded plastic rivets of sorts. There's also a glued fabric/insulation which looks like it would be ruined upon removal.

Has anyone disassembled the door trim before?
