High AFRs /Low IAT data logging
I am having similar issues as mentioned in another thread, but performance is fine. Tune has been on the car for over a year and knew the car was rich from the smoke, only recently fitted an AFR gauge and did data logging.
550cc/looped rail-83mmSC-82mmTB-headers-charge cooler full split cooling system-tune etc other mods.
IATs are perfect and recovery IAT times are quick from WOT (20-30secs), but the car is dumping fuel with AFRs reading 9-10 on WOT and heavily smoking from the unburnt fuel on kick down.
data logging and have STAR, but nothing obvious.
Don't have access to time at a dyno, but everyone and original tuner states that air intake temps are the primary reason for this. I don't seem to have IAT issues.
Appreciate any suggestions and I will gladly investigate

Attachment 1 -5 sec later after WOT at 130mph
Attachment 2 -5 sec later after WOT to 100mph
Attachment 3 - WOT from standstill
Attached Microsoft excel file of data track log readings

did both, but forgot to note down which ones. I think this part of log file data should show this. When starting with IATs 80-90F the AFR is still around 10-11 on full throttle. Ambient about 68F

Log only 2 parameters via obd or else it's way to slow then we could narrow it down but iat are not high yet timing is 12* if I read correctly and that's way low so there might be knock retard

Look at the excel, Hulk. IATs are getting up there, look at TPS vs IAT. Between 130-160F. Hard to say for sure though, it would help to log from the ecu and not obd.

The car pulls well, but probably not doing any favours running this rich. think I am smoking more from bore wash as its using oil when driven hard.

Engine vent system requires venting through intake (venting to air is a no go)

I've seen my car dump a ton of fuel around 140-150F IAT, fwiw. I have a trunk tank with 2 pumps, mezeire and a rule 2000 along with an EC heat exchanger and still saw 140-160F IAT's at the top of third on an 80F day.

even with your full cooling setup ? What's your AFR
suprised with my setup up that IATs are similar to yours. but tells me I don't have a cooling problem.
Did more runs today as HULK suggested, attached. AFR started around 11-12 at 3k revs and went to 9-10 smokin fuel by the time I hit 6k.

Timing varies now sometimes is at 19-20*, much better refresh rate I suppose with only 3 parameters. As jmb is saying the richness could be coming from the ecu dumping fuel to cool the cyl because your iats do go over 120*. Send your tuner that log
